Care for your jewelry
Each piece is hand-crafted and should be handled with care to ensure the longevity of your jewelry. We recommend, when wearing, to avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and moisture. When storing, please lay jewelry flat.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within an estimated 5-10 business days depending on particular item ordered. If you need it sooner, please email us at stephanie@mariehandmade.com directly on availability.
Returns / Exchanges
We want our customers to be satisfied with their choices and gifts.
Marie Handmade offers a 7 day exchange policy with a valid receipt, if the item is new and undamaged. We ask that exchanges be made to our on site retail location in Byram, MS. Unfortunately, since items are wearable, customizable, handmade pieces, we can not offer money back on any purchase or shipping.
All sale items and custom orders are final sale.
Repairs
We have the ability to repair most pieces onsite in our retail location in Byram, MS. We also have the ability to sell additional aspects of the piece if there is excessive wear on the item like chain replacements.
We are more than happy to repair any piece at no additional cost within 30 days of purchase. After that time, repairs are subject to a fee/replacement. Please email us at stephanie@mariehandmade.com with pictures to start this process.
